My journey into analytics began with a simple question:

How can businesses make better decisions using the information they already have?

Along the way, I’ve learned that creating charts is only a small part of analytics. The real challenge is ensuring that the underlying data is accurate, reliable, and meaningful before any conclusions are drawn.
